Lich King (Icecrown Citadel tactics) are probably impossible to solo at any level, because of their mechanics.
How do I get to the Lich King in ICC solo?
To actually battle him, you need up to 25 other players in the Icecrown Citadel raid instance. For him to properly spawn, all three wing Guardians (Sindragosa, Blood-Queen Lana’thel and Professor Putricide) must be downed. Doing so allows you to teleport to him through the center of the Citadel.
What can you solo in Wotlk?
The best you can solo in wotlk with blood dk or paladin with nice gear would be:
- All vanilla dungeons ofcourse and some raids ZulGurub,Molten Core and Ruins of AQ (You will have troubles with Temple of AQ and BWL because of mechanics)
- All Tbc Normal 5m and HC (I did all tbc hc’s with ret pala in t9 plus toc offset.
What level can solo ICC?
It would basically mean that legacy raiding is dead in shadowlands for sub 50s if you are correct and everyone can solo ICC once they hit lvl 40 or something, even if they are leveling thru WotLK xpac for example.

Yes, if you are just going after transmogs, once you hit 50, all content for anything prior to BfA drops to 35, except Vanilla, which I think stops at 30 no matter what. That said, Vanilla through WotLK heroics and raids are level 30-32 elites.

What it displays by the minimap won’t change unless you had over 10 people in there.

Should legacy raid be 25 man or 10 man?

What is the size of Black Temple and mythic siege?
Mythic Siege is a set size of 20 people though. Black Temple doesn’t have different raid sizes or difficulties (outside of Timewalking during the Burning Crusade Timewalking event), it’s only got 1 setting and would use Legacy Loot as long as you are level 81 or higher.
